SAX Appeal 2012; SAX-Drive
Every year the creative students from UCT create an annual magazine called SAX APPEAL, with the proceeds going to a worthy cause. Tomorrow the 2012 issue will be going on sale!!!
For 2012, the theme seems to be “SAX-Drive”, and so far, their pre-marketing campaign (“Bringing SAX-xy Back”) and everything seems much more professional than the 2011-guys (For my report on the 2011 issue, click here.)
I was approached last year to write a little something-something for this issue, so I’m really looking forward to seeing what they did with the article, and also how the whole issue came together (seeing as last year’s was a bit too over the place).
So if you’re driving into town or around Cape Town tomorrow morning, and see half naked students running around and trying to get your attention, to get a fright; take out that loose R20 in your wallet, and give for a great cause, and a fun magazine!
